Feather-tastic half term fun!

Make the most of May Half Term at Birdland with a week packed full of feather-filled fun for the whole family!

From Saturday 23rd May – Sunday 31st May, take part in our brand-new Feather Trail, where you can explore the park and match birds to their unique feathers. Along the way, discover how different feathers help birds to fly, stay warm, camouflage and much more!

Throughout the day, you can also join our special Feather Education Sessions. Learn how they’re structured, why they’re so important, and the incredible ways birds use them in everyday survival and behaviour.

Alongside the trail and talks, enjoy daily feeding sessions and engaging keeper presentations, offering a closer look at some of the park’s most fascinating species.

Plus, don’t miss the Jurassic Journey trail, where you can step back in time to encounter dinosaurs and try your hand at uncovering fossils in the exciting Dino Dig.
