Volunteering at Birdland Park and Gardens

 
Birdland has permanent staff, but also relies on volunteers to help with a number of different tasks, which we find volunteers invaluable for everyday tasks.
In which it can be helping with

• Gardens
• Bird keeping
• Maintenance
• Presentations/ displays
• Selling Guide books
• Surveys

This is just a handful of tasks as there is a lot more to be undertaken on a day to day basis. We do ask that you commit to us for at least 6months, for reasons of continuity, whether it is one hour per day or 3 days a week.
 
All our volunteers will be working with people in the park, so enthusiasm and good social skills are a must.
