The Tropical House has now beeen renamed the 'Discovery Zone'
The visitors still enter at the front and walk around the area, but is now an indoor dry area with various themes to investigate.
We have a soft play and seating area and two display areas. One relates to the story about eggs and examples of all classes of animals from insects, fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals. The other graphic area explains ‘What is a Bird’.
Finally we also have a classroom/conference area called ‘Trigg Hall’. - Click here to find out more about Trigg Hall
We are still developing the area and hope to have some design connection with local schools.
