At present there are 2 species of Penguin at Birdland, the King and the Humboldt.
The Kings are fed Herring and the others are fed Sprats.
Both have additional vitamin and mineral supplements In the form of tablets placed inside the fish.
The keeper will feed and give a presentation on the birds,their habits etc. every day at 2.30 pm.
Get close to the worlds second largest Penguin the King,
Only found in one other collection in Britain, that being Edinburgh.
