This is a unique offer for individuals over 14 years old.
The idea is simply to take on the work of a bird keeper for a day. Which will entail anything from preparing some food to building an aviary.
The basic idea is to shadow a keeper for a seven hour period when they are checking the birds, cleaning aviaries, providing food. There could also be some special contact with new birds that have hatched or hatching in the incubator, catching birds for ringing or veterinary inspection. Every day has something different, so nothing can be guaranteed except enjoyment and hopefully a little educational insight.
